Putin Advocates for Multipolar World Order, Calls for Ukraine Conflict Negotiations

by admin477351

Amid ongoing tensions in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for the establishment of a more stable multipolar world order. Speaking at the Valdai Discussion Club’s 23rd annual meeting, Putin linked the current global security crisis to bloc confrontations and unilateral security efforts by certain countries. He emphasized the need for compromise and negotiations to resolve the Ukraine conflict rather than seeking the defeat of either side.

Putin’s vision for a multipolar world involves greater international cooperation, respecting the diverse interests of different nations. He stated that Russia is prepared to collaborate with other countries to develop a framework for a more stable international system, moving away from the previous unipolar order.

Concurrently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the first combat deployment of Ukraine’s domestically produced FP-7 tactical ballistic missile. While Zelenskyy did not specify the location or target of the missile’s use, he expressed Ukraine’s intention to advance its production capabilities.
